Meet Curtis who has been diagnosed with Severe PTSD. He is a 35 year old US Army veteran, a stepfather and expectant father to a son due April 2015. He was managing until taking a job with a state law enforcement agency. A year into that job and after several incidents, his mind reached it's "breaking point" for lack of better terms. He finally through the urging of friends and the handful of family members that he has left sought the help that he so desperately needed. Early on, he had attempted suicide on a few occasions. He has since pledged to no longer be a statistic and live to be a father and husband his family needs. With urging from his therapists and his doctor he is currently in search of a service dog only to discover that he and his family cannot afford one. Help impact not only his life but, all those he comes in contact with.
What We Need & What You Get
100% of the funds will be paid directly to cover the cost of his service dog.
Make the sacrifice to make a positive impact on someone who has been so willing to do that themselves.
Any additional funds would go to ensure the safe delivery of his service dog then be donated to "The Battle Buddy Foundation". www.TBBF.org
The Impact
Curtis has already had two TIA's (Transient ischemic attack / "mini-stroke") and most recently a heart attack all linked to stress.

Help improve Curtis' and his family's quality of life.
His clinicians have stated how this can reduce the need for as many medications and could possibly be able to no longer need any more medications.
Help him overcome the wounds that you cannot see.
