HERE IS OUR FULL REVIEW

Crowdfunding offers an opportunity for smaller firms to raise funds for products and services that otherwise would not have the opportunity to be developed and marketed.
Epiditi is just such a product, although not comfortably spoken about outside of the doctors office, Epiditi offers relief from scrotal discomfort. Please see the details below and visit their crowdfunding project.

About This Project

Proposed Product
Epiditi® is a patented thermal treatment device for injuries/diseases to the male genitalia. Epiditi® applies cooling and/or heating treatment directly to the scrotal area. It completely envelops the scrotal sac and the penile area. The purpose of the Epiditi® is to provide medically targeted therapy to mitigate post operative trauma, including pre existing penile torsion and/or twisting of the scrotal sac, post operative trauma complications of swelling, bruising, inflammation, hemorrhaging, pain and like diseases of the scrotum and/or penis.

Current Solutions
Ice therapy in the form of ice bags lacking any shape or conforming dimension is the preferred form of treatment for injuries to the scrotal area. In some cases physicians use a frozen bag of peas. The problem is that uniform application and cooling cannot be achieved using the present outdated remedy. Epiditi® applies conforming and uniform treatment to the male genetillia and at the same time uplifts the area to relieve stress on the effected organs. Up until now it has not been possible to apply uniform cooling/heating and relieve pressure to the affected areas because of the limitations of our technology.

Market Need
There is a large unfulfilled need for a device to prevent and treat urological diseases in today’s health care facilities. While outpatient care is the fastest growing segment of the healthcare industry, there is a large percentage of patients each year who require extended hospitalization time. Complications from urological injuries/diseases can seriously impede recovery time and raise the cost of overall health care. There is a significant number of individuals who suffer from urological diseases of one form or another. Patients who suffer from these diseases need to reduce the recovery time so that they can return to their normal life and resume activities. Finally, there are those individuals who desire alternative methods of seeking good health and solving existing medical problems. The use of ice in alternative medicine has existed for decades and more people are using non-traditional methods as the popularity of such practices becomes more mainstream. This innovation applies form fitted ice therapy to the scrotal area in the treatment of a variety of diseases and ailments.

Importance
There is currently no specific medical device for the targeted treatment of male urological injuries in the medical market place. Ice therapy in the form of ice bags lacking any shape or conforming dimension is the preferred form of treatment for injuries to the scrotal area. In some cases physicians use a frozen bag of peas. The problem is that uniform application and cooling/heating cannot be achieved using the present outdated technology. Epiditi® applies a conforming and uniform treatment to the male genetillia; and at the same time uplifts the area to relieve stress on the effected organs. Up until now it has not been possible to apply uniform cooling/heating and relieve pressure to the affected areas because of the limitations of our technology.
