We live in a rented house in Pascagoula, Mississippi where the landlord is cool enough to let us keep the bees in the backyard! We don't own a car so we usually ride our bicycles for any errands that need to be done. Things are close enough. We have even rigged a bike trailer for our portable honey stand. We use it at the farmer's market and the roadside for honey sales. But the time has come that the landlord needs to make repairs to the house we are in and that means we have to move, however, the bees can stay. We have a new place but the bees are now going to bee a 6 mile trip for us everyday. I am no spring chicken!
